Job Description

Job Type: Fulltime 2year contract
Department: Project Coordination Team
Responsibilities:
- Oversee interdisciplinary coordination for highlevel projects including commercial malls airports stations and other public buildings.
- Act as the key coordinator for integrating electrical engineering aspects with other disciplines.
- Resolve interdisciplinary conflicts and ensure alignment between all project components.
- Collaborate with architectural mechanical and structural teams to achieve seamless project execution.
- Review electrical designs to ensure compliance with overall project requirements and standards.
- Guide team members on electricalrelated tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address challenges.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 510 years of experience in interdisciplinary coordination for largescale infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects exceeding AED 200M budget.
- Experience as a team coordinator or interdisciplinary coordinator is preferred.
- Proficiency in tools such as Revit AutoCAD or BIM 360 for coordination tasks.
- Strong problemsolving organizational and leadership skills.
