Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Telehandler Operator to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Telehandler Operator you will play a crucial role in our construction and material handling operations ensuring efficient and safe movement of materials on various job sites.
- Operate telehandlers and other heavy machinery to move load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Interpret load charts and assess load weights to ensure proper handling
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations including OSHA standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in other constructionrelated tasks as needed
- Adapt to various weather conditions and work environments typical in Dubai
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid telehandler operator certification
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a telehandler operator preferably in construction or industrial settings
- Proficiency in operating telehandlers and other heavy machinery
- Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret load charts accurately
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and perform tasks requiring strength and dexterity
- Detailoriented approach to work with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local UAE safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including potential overtime and weekends as required
