Job Description
We are looking for a resultsdriven and techsavvy Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales platforms in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing ecommerce strategies managing product listings and analyzing sales performance to enhance the online shopping experience and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the companys ecommerce website marketplaces (Amazon Noon etc.) and social media shops.
- Ensure accurate and compelling product listings descriptions images and pricing.
- Develop and execute SEO PPC and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data customer behavior and market trends to improve performance.
- Manage inventory order fulfillment and logistics coordination with warehouse teams.
- Implement email marketing campaigns promotions and discount strategies.
- Improve website UX/UI and ensure a smooth online shopping experience.
- Work with the design and content team to create engaging product visuals and descriptions.
- Monitor customer reviews feedback and inquiries to improve service and resolve issues.
- Stay updated with ecommerce trends technologies and competitors.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Ecommerce or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in ecommerce management or online sales (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central Noon Shopify Magento WooCommerce or other ecommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics SEO SEM Facebook Ads and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in product listing optimization pricing strategies and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
