PRODUCTION FLOOR SUPERVISOR MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
Job Title:
Production Floor Supervisor Modular Construction (Interior FitOut and Finishing)
Job Summary:
We seek a handson Production Floor Supervisor with expertise in interior fitout and finishing to oversee factory production. The role focuses on maintaining highquality standards in production and finishing with occasional site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Supervision:
Oversee daily factory production ensuring tasks meet specifications and deadlines.
Maintain highquality finishing standards including painting joinery and MEP integration.
Allocate resources monitor workflows and resolve production issues promptly.
Quality Control:
Inspect units during postproduction to ensure compliance with client and company standards.
Implement quality protocols to ensure defectfree outputs.
Site Coordination (Occasionnel):
Support final installation and fitout phases onsite as needed.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor production staff to maintain accountability and excellence.
Collaborate with factory managers and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Experience:
3 years in the interior fitout industry with a focus on finishing works.
Previous experience supervising production teams.
Skills:
Expertise in finishing techniques (painting joinery MEP integration).
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Basic site coordination knowledge is a plus.
Education:
Diploma or certification in construction fit out or a related field preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with tools and equipment used in finishing works.
