Job Description
Telecom Rigger Driver Job Description
Position: Telecom Rigger
Location: UAE (Onsite)
Experience: Etisalat Huawei Nokia Ericsson
Salary Range: 2000 to 2200 AED
Driving License :UAE Valid driving License
Key Responsibilities:
- Antenna Installation and Alignment:
- Install and align Huawei Nokia and Etisalat antennas and systems.
- Ensure proper azimuth and tilt configuration based on project requirements.
- Tower and Rooftop Work:
- Perform climbing and rigging activities on telecom towers and rooftop sites.
- Ensure safety compliance during all tasks.
- Equipment Installation:
- Install and maintain RF and MW equipment feeder cables and connectors.
- Conduct fiber optic splicing and related tasks as needed.
- Site Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot RF equipment issues.
- Provide support for testing and integration of telecom equipment.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Submit daily activity logs and ensure all work complies with project documentation standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Huawei Nokia and Etisalat systems.
- Working knowledge of telecom installation and troubleshooting.
- Certified in tower climbing and working at heights (preferred).
Skills:
- Handson experience in RF equipment and antenna installation.
- Ability to work efficiently in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Physically fit for climbing towers up to 100 meters.
- Familiarity with HSE and telecom standards in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
