Their primary responsibilities include guidance instruction and support to facilitate skill development and enhance performance.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Assessments
Conduct short trial sessions for Junior candidates to place them in the correct classes according to their age and ability.
Compiling Handbooks
Create a handbook specific to the Dance Unit that provides information on the Junior program for parents.

Develop a metric system to track and assess childrens progress throughout the term.
Renewal Phone Calls
At the end of each term contact parents to confirm whether they will return to the Academy and encourage their continued participation (10 hours assigned to this responsibility).
Acquisition Phone Calls
Follow up on leads to convert interest into actual enrollments.
Student Certificates
Create and distribute certificates for each child at the end of the term.
MidTerm Reports
Compile progress reports for each child halfway through the term providing feedback and recommendations.
EndofTerm Reports
Provide comprehensive term reports on student progress and assess class placements for the following term.
Performance Days
Organize and deliver technical and choreographic demonstrations for parents at the end of each term.
Parent Liaison
Address any parent inquiries or grievances seeking Program Manager assistance when needed.
MakeUp Lessons
Arrange makeup lessons for students who miss classes notifying parents accordingly.
Attendance
Instructors are responsible for class and student attendance.
Adult Program:
Classes
Ensure classes are delivered on time and with quality. If unable to attend notify the Program Manager for class coverage.
No Show
Failing to inform the Program Manager of a missed class will result in an immediate warning. After three warnings it will be considered an HR offense.
Member Attendance
Ensure that all members are accurately checked into classes to avoid discrepancies.
Member Satisfaction
Address any member inquiries or grievances seeking Program Manager support if necessary.
Meetings
Attend all management meetings.
PT Sessions
Ensure PT sessions are tracked and booked accurately.
