Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Scaffolders to assemble dismantle and maintain scaffolding structures at construction sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have handson experience in scaffolding erection strong knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to work efficiently at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to site requirements.
• Ensure scaffolding is installed securely to meet safety and stability standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and fix any structural weaknesses.
• Load transport and unload scaffolding materials safely.
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other tradesmen.
• Follow safety guidelines and adhere to UAE construction regulations.
• Report any potential hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Assist in other siterelated tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years of experience as a Scaffolder (experience in the UAE preferred).
• Scaffolding certification (CISRS OSHA or equivalent is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
