Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wrike Consultant to lead the implementation customization and optimization of Wrike a leading project management and collaboration platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Wrikes features integrations and automation capabilities ensuring that the platform is tailored to meet business needs. This role requires strong technical skills project management experience and the ability to train and support teams in maximizing Wrikes potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation & Customization:

  • Configure and optimize Wrike to align with business processes and workflows.
  • Develop custom dashboards reports and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Integrate Wrike with other tools (e.g. Slack Microsoft Teams Jira Salesforce).

Consultation & Strategy:

  • Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices for Wrike usage.
  • Identify process improvements and implement Wrikebased solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Wrike with project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.).

Training & Support:

  • Conduct Wrike training sessions for teams ensuring effective adoption.
  • Create user guides FAQs and documentation to assist endusers.
  • Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and enhancements.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Design and generate reports for performance tracking and decisionmaking.
  • Monitor usage and adoption making recommendations for improvements.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in IT Business Project Management or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Wrike implementation administration or consulting.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Wrikes features integrations and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Wrikes reporting and analytics capabilities.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Wrike certification (Wrike Professional Wrike Expert etc.).
  • Experience in change management and software adoption strategies.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean project management principles.
