Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customerfocused Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring a great dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Present menus take orders and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean organized and properly set up.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with a positive attitude.
- Process bills and payments using the POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Follow all restaurant policies health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 13 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Willingness to work shifts weekends and holidays.
