Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage BIM implementation for architectural projects ensuring compliance with project requirements and UAE regulations.
- Develop and maintain Revitbased BIM models at LOD 300400 ensuring coordination with other disciplines (Structural MEP Landscape etc.).
- Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks and other relevant tools.
- Manage and enforce BIM standards templates and workflows across project teams.
- Assist in the review of architectural drawings specifications and shop drawings for quality control and compliance.
- Work closely with project managers architects and engineers to optimize BIM workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ensure the timely submission of BIM deliverables and compliance with municipality and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with subcontractors consultants and clients to ensure seamless integration of BIM models.
- Maintain BIM documentation including model versioning updates and audit reports.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a strong background in UAE large scale projects.
- Proven expertise in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and other BIMrelated software.
- Experience in design consulting companies is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes authority submission processes and local regulations.
- Excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication problemsolving and leadership skills.
- Locally available in the UAE and can join immediately.
