Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional business goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead motivate and manage the sales team across the GCC region.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure team members meet targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients stakeholders and business partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close highvalue sales deals.
  • Maintain excellent customer service levels and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Explore and develop new sales channels and partnerships within the GCC region.
  • Drive market penetration and increase brand visibility in key territories.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and networking activities to build business relationships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and business updates.
  • Analyze sales data to improve strategies target key sectors and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with marketing product development and customer service teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide feedback on market trends customer preferences and competitive landscape to improve product offerings.
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget for the region.
  • Ensure costeffective sales operations and adherence to the financial guidelines.

Qualifications :

  • A bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5 years) in sales management preferably within the GCC region.
  • Understanding of the GCC market dynamics cultural nuances and business environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region as required.
