Job Description
Foreground is partnering with a leading outdoor media company in the UAE to hire a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager. This role is pivotal in driving financial strategy ensuring robust financial health and supporting longterm business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and ensure sustainable growth.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process monitor financial performance and provide accurate forecasts to the management team.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial reports including P&L statements balance sheets and cash flow forecasts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT corporate tax regulations and other financial laws.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the companys assets and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a highperforming finance team mentoring and empowering them to achieve excellence.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs across the organization identifying areas for improvement and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors banks and regulatory bodies.
- System and Process Optimization: Drive the adoption of advanced financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Professional certification such as ACCA CA CPA or CMA is required.
- Strong expertise in financial planning analysis and regulatory compliance in the UAE.
- Proven experience in managing large budgets and driving costefficiency initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to nonfinance stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools including ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Background in media advertising or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
