Hassi Properties is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to build and lead our team of real estate agents/property consultants in Dubais thriving real estate market. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of real estate agents/property consultants.
- Recruit hire and train new agents to expand the team and enhance sales capabilities.
- Provide leadership training and coaching to the team to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Identify new opportunities for sales growth through regular client meetings and market research.
- Establish and maintain relationships with brokers agents and clients to drive business.
- Collaborate with agents to create effective sales strategies and scripts.
- Stay updated on market conditions property values and industry trends to guide the team effectively.
- Manage team performance monitor progress and support in closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts with sellers to ensure satisfaction with the terms and to close deals efficiently.
Requirements
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Real Estate or a related field.
- Proven 35 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate Industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with closing real estate deals
- Indepth knowledge of real estate sales processes market trends and legal regulations in Dubai
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage sales activities.
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Brokers License (Preferred)
- UK Passport Holder (This is required as we do international travel)
