We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. We seek a Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition app downloads and user conversions within the Web3 blockchain and AI industries. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in leveraging Web3 advertising tools and platforms to maximize reach optimize campaigns and convert followers into loyal users and token holders.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Campaigns: Design execute and manage paid media campaigns across Web3 blockchain and AI advertising platforms to drive measurable growth in app downloads token purchases and customer acquisition.
Web3 Advertising Tools: Utilize platforms such as Kuikads Brave Ads Bitmedia and DappRadar to reach relevant Web3 audiences effectively.
Conversion Optimization: Develop strategies to nurture and convert followers into active users token holders and longterm community members.
Audience Targeting: Identify segment and target Web3 blockchain and AIspecific audiences to maximize ROI.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as costperacquisition (CPA) return on ad spend (ROAS) and engagement metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with content social media and design teams to create highperforming ad creatives landing pages and promotional materials.
A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy visuals and targeting strategies to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
Token and User Growth Campaigns: Strategize and implement targeted campaigns to grow token holder bases and onboard users to Web3 platforms or dApps.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends tools and opportunities in Web3 blockchain and AI advertising.
Requirements
Proven Experience: 3 years in paid marketing with at least 12 years focused on Web3 blockchain or AI industries.
Web3 Advertising Expertise: Knowledge of tools like Kuikads Brave Ads Coinzilla CoinMarketCap Ads DappRadar and other Web3 ad networks.
ResultsDriven: Demonstrated success in driving conversions customer acquisition and ROIpositive campaigns.
DataDriven: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tracking campaign performance and making datainformed decisions.
Campaign Execution: Handson experience managing budgets optimizing campaigns and achieving growth goals.
Creative Thinking: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on engaging visuals.
Understanding of Blockchain & AI: Solid knowledge of blockchain ecosystems tokenomics and AI platforms.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Ads Meta Ads and programmatic ad networks.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and partnerships in Web3.
Knowledge of dApps token ecosystems and blockchain user behavior.
Strong understanding of Web3 tools including analytics platforms like Dune Analytics or Nansen.
