Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest reservations professionally via phone email or online booking systems.
- Provide accurate information about venue services events and promotions.
- Manage guest seating arrangements to optimize the floor plan.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure effective communication with the team.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience in the UAE.
- Familiarity with reservation systems like SevenRooms/OpenTable is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual preferred
