We are looking for a customerfocused and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and inperson.
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Process orders returns and refunds as per company guidelines.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products or services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback to improve services.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 24 years of experience in customer service call centers or client relations (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and customer support tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Customeroriented mindset with attention to detail and patience.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts weekends and public holidays if required.
