Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop implement and maintain QA/QC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits on finishing and fitout works to ensure adherence to specifications codes and safety regulations.
- Monitor and review materials workmanship and construction processes ensuring they meet the projects quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports inspection records and nonconformance reports (NCRs) for documentation and analysis.
- Coordinate with project managers site engineers and contractors to resolve qualityrelated issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee the implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system and conduct internal audits for continuous improvement.
- Identify nonconformities and develop corrective and preventive action plans to address quality deviations.
- Review and approve method statements material submittals and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for site personnel on quality assurance best practices.
- Liaise with clients consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure quality requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in QA/QC specifically in finishing and fitout projects.
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials finishing techniques and industry quality standards.
- Experience with nonconformance management root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings specifications and project documents.
- Proficient in QA/QC documentation reporting and auditing.
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
