Job Description
Job Title: Construction Helper
Location: Dubai UAE
Employment Type: Fulltime
Reporting To: Site Supervisor / Foreman
Job Summary:
We are looking for hardworking and physically fit Construction Helpers to assist skilled workers onsite. The ideal candidate will perform general labor duties support construction activities and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist masons carpenters and other skilled workers in construction activities.
- Load and unload construction materials tools and equipment.
- Mix pour and spread concrete cement and other materials as required.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris hazardous materials and obstructions.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding.
- Perform digging leveling and backfilling tasks as required.
- Assist in transporting and organizing construction materials.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: No formal education required (basic literacy preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or laborintensive work is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Ability to stand walk and work for long hours in various weather conditions.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Age Limit: below 40 Preferred
- Language Skills: any
Compensation & Benefits:
- Overtime: As per company policy and labor law

Work Conditions:
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day 6 days a week
- Work Environment: Outdoor construction sites requiring physical labor in various weather conditions.
