Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting exceptional managerial skills and extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Tally. This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fastpaced environment and communicate clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the accounting department.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and other financial laws.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Tally for financial management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving accounting issues.
- Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this role:
- Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Tally.
- Indepth knowledge of VAT regulations.
- Strong initiative and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
