Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students academic and personal development. This role is suited for individuals with a strong commitment to education and a desire to inspire young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet educational standards.
- Teach subjects such as Mathematics Science English or Social Studies to assigned grade levels.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and educational tools to enhance student engagement and learning.
- Assess and evaluate students progress through assignments tests and projects.
- Maintain a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive social interactions among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues parents and school administrators to support student development.
- Participate in school events extracurricular activities and professional development programs.
- Prepare and submit reports on students performance and behavior to school management.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to improve teaching effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Education or a related subject (Master s degree is a plus).
- Teaching certification or license is required (e.g. B.Ed. PGCE or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a school teacher preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of the subject area and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in classroom management and student assessment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds and learning needs.
