Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Store Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our retail store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff optimizing sales performance and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and a customerfocused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all store operations including sales inventory and staff performance.
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met addressing customer concerns effectively.
- Recruit train and motivate store staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the stores appeal.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Enforce company policies and UAE labor regulations ensuring compliance at all times.
- Manage cash handling banking and financial reporting accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness organization and safety standards.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Retail Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations sales and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
