Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Interior Designer to join our fitout company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing planning and executing interior design projects tailored to client requirements. You will collaborate with clients architects and contractors to deliver highquality functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors for residential commercial and retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements preferences budget and timelines.
- Create mood boards conceptual sketches and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Develop detailed design plans including layouts color schemes materials lighting and furniture.

Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with architects contractors and project managers to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts.
- Source and procure materials furniture and accessories while staying within budget constraints.
- Review and approve samples mockups and shop drawings.

FitOut Execution:
- Supervise and inspect onsite work to ensure it aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
- Resolve any onsite challenges or discrepancies between design and construction.

Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide professional advice on design trends materials and sustainable practices.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including technical drawings and reports.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes safety regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in interior design preferably in a fitout or construction environment.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials finishes and construction processes.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
