Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a prominent and forwardthinking construction company in Dubai UAE in their search for an accomplished Project Manager. This role is pivotal in leading the planning execution and successful delivery of multiple highprofile construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring robust leadership capabilities exceptional project management expertise and a resultsdriven mindset to align project outcomes with the organization s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Oversight: Lead the endtoend management of construction projects including defining scope timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Team Leadership: Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams including engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Risk & Performance Management: Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
Financial Stewardship: Oversee project budgets and expenses driving cost efficiency while maintaining financial performance.
Quality & Compliance Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold the highest quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central point of communication for all stakeholders delivering timely updates and maintaining transparency throughout project lifecycles.
Progress Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project performance risks and financial health to executive leadership.
Requirements
Academic Background: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a closely related discipline.
Professional Experience: 810 years of progressive experience in project management with at least 35 years in leadership roles within the construction sector.
Certifications: PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project coupled with expertise in construction methods materials and industry best practices.
Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead inspire and manage diverse teams in a fastpaced environment while ensuring adaptability and resilience.
Communication & ProblemSolving Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to address challenges and drive solutions effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insultion/construction industry. - Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
