Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our processes listings and transactions meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Review property listings for accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audits of contracts marketing materials and documentation.
  • Monitor customer service interactions to ensure highquality communication.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies.
  • Identify issues in documentation and coordinate necessary corrections.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare quality assurance reports and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with sales marketing and administrative teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Real Estate or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in real estate listing and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
