Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our processes listings and transactions meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Review property listings for accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.
- Conduct audits of contracts marketing materials and documentation.
- Monitor customer service interactions to ensure highquality communication.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies.
- Identify issues in documentation and coordinate necessary corrections.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Prepare quality assurance reports and maintain records.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and administrative teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Real Estate or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in real estate listing and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
