Job Description
Black & Grey HR has partnered with a premier real estate development company in UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural QA/QC Engineer to ensure that architectural works including finishes materials and design elements align with project specifications quality standards and aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance and Inspections:
Inspect architectural finishes such as flooring ceilings wall cladding and joinery to ensure they comply with approved designs.
Confirm that materials and workmanship adhere to project quality standards.
Testing and Evaluation:
Perform tests on materials like paint quality tile bonding and glass performance.
Identify any discrepancies or noncompliance issues and suggest corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Keep detailed records of inspections material submissions and quality control processes.
Provide regular progress updates to the Senior Architectural Engineer.
Compliance and Coordination:
Ensure that all architectural work meets safety quality and design regulations.
Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to address and resolve any noncompliance issues.

A Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
A minimum of 35 years of experience in architectural QA/QC positions.
Expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD Revit and other architectural QA/QC tools.
Strong knowledge of materials finishes and installation techniques.
Proficiency in reviewing and verifying shop drawings and technical specifications.
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of 35 years of experience in architectural QA/QC positions.
Expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD Revit and other architectural QA/QC tools.
Strong knowledge of materials finishes and installation techniques.
Proficiency in reviewing and verifying shop drawings and technical specifications.
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
