Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development deployment and maintenance of Fintech applications and platforms.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with UAE financial regulations.
- Lead cloud infrastructure management ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Manage IT budgets vendor relationships and technology investments.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data security governance and compliance with PCI DSS GDPR and UAE financial laws.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product operations and compliance to support business growth.
- Implement best practices in DevOps AI blockchain and emerging Fintech technologies.
- Build and lead a highperforming IT team fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership within a Fintech company in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of banking APIs payment gateways blockchain and digital wallets.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead IT strategy budgeting and largescale technology projects.
- Strong understanding of AI machine learning and automation in financial services is a plus.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
