Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell new and existing exhibitions to achieve strategic and financial targets.
  • Remain abreast of developments within the exhibition industry especially sales innovations.
  • Research and visit competitive exhibitions to source new ideas and market practices.
  • Contribute to the preparation of all sales promotions material.
  • Provide leadership and training to the Sales team.
  • Contribute to the development of prospects to encourage visitor promotion.
  • Expand and develop exhibition database.
  • Contact possible new markets to get exhibitors.
  • Floor plan Management.
  • Sales Budget management and control to ensure achievement of revenue and targets.
  • Coordinates with Operation and Marketing team to assure the exhibition is of highest standard.
  • Produce new sales initiatives for maximum client retained and acquired.
  • Delivery of all salesrelated financial revenues and targets.
  • Develop new sales innovations and programs to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Produce new sales initiatives for maximum client retention and acquisition.
  • Effective target setting tracking and delivery across all sales bands.
  • Effective management of sales agents and national associations networks.
  • Implement key account strategy and program Capabilities:
  • Ability to drive team.
  • Tenacity in client negotiation.
  • Good and effective follow up and continuity.
  • Organized and systematic approach.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Ownership Requirements.
  • Proven experience as an exhibition Sales Manager or relevant role.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or account management preferably in the financial sector or B2B events.
  • Experience in the exhibition industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Deep knowledge of the financial sector and foreign exchange is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to events and conferences.

Graduates, Post- Graduates or College Level, with experience in sales and communications or related field 3 to 5 years in ERP sales, Exhibition Sales experience in the GCC region and Asia With a wide knowledge of Forex market, Cryptocurrencies and Block chain Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships Excellent interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication Preferable English & Hindi language, Arabic will be a plus. Hardworking and can work on weekends and holidays if required
