Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Mobile Crane Operator you will play a crucial role in our construction projects ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations across various job sites in the city.
- Operate mobile cranes to lift move and place materials and equipment according to project requirements
- Conduct daily inspections of crane equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Interpret and follow load charts site plans and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel and other team members using hand signals and radio equipment
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on crane equipment
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations inspections and maintenance activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in planning lift operations and determining appropriate rigging methods
- Adapt to changing weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly
- Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions
Qualifications :
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a mobile crane operator
- Valid mobile crane operator certification (e.g. NCCCO)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Proficiency in operating various types of mobile cranes
- Indepth knowledge of crane safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret load charts accurately
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills for logging and reporting
- Physical ability to climb lift and perform crane operations in various weather conditions
- Detailoriented approach to work with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of construction site operations and familiarity with rigging techniques
- Willingness to work in various construction sites across Dubai
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when required
