AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement stateoftheart Generative AI models and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Work on projects involving deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) and natural language processing (NLP) models like GPT BERT or similar architectures.
• Develop and finetune AI algorithms for tasks such as text generation image synthesis and other generative applications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into client workflows and systems.
• Deliver highquality interactive training sessions to client workforces on AI concepts tools and best practices.
• Create userfriendly documentation tutorials and resources to support client teams in understanding and using AI technologies.
• Adapt training methods to meet the varying levels of technical expertise within client teams.
• Partner with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through Generative AI.
• Ensure timely delivery of AI solutions maintaining highquality standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI sharing insights and innovations with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct technical workshops demos and presentations to showcase AI solutions.
• Provide handson support and troubleshooting for AI implementation challenges faced by clients.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience (3 years) in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with libraries like TensorFlow PyTorch and scikitlearn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms neural networks and natural language processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment.

Soft Skills & Training Ability:

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills with experience in delivering technical training or workshops.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.

Educational Background:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field.
• Certifications in AI/ML or Python programming are a plus.
