Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • To support the digital marketing team to create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.
  • To update and maintain websites and micro-sites.
  • Managing online listings and respond guests’ online feedback, creating a positive relationship with guests through online reputation platforms.
  • Working closely with internal team and external partners to ensure campaign’s KPIs are achieved across all channels.
  • Staying updated on the latest digital trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Campaign Management and Execution:

    • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to improve results.
    • Coordinate with other teams (content creators, designers, developers) to ensure campaigns are consistent and on-brand.
  • Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance through analytics tools.
    • Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Email Marketing:

    • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer engagement emails.
    • Segment email lists, craft compelling copy, and design visually appealing email templates.
    • Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and optimize accordingly.
  • Content Creation and Optimization:

    • Work with content creators to develop high-quality blog posts, website content, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
    • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it ranks well on search engines and drives organic traffic.
    • Research industry trends and keywords to improve content visibility and engagement.
  • SEO and SEM:

    • Assist in search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the website's organic search ranking.
    • Help manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns like Google Ads, ensuring ads are targeted, effective, and within budget.
    • Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance.
    • Identify key metrics (KPIs) for different marketing activities, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement levels.
    • Prepare reports for management, providing insights and recommendations based on data.

Desired candidate profile

  • Digital Marketing Expertise:

    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
    • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Mailchimp, and Google Ads.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different digital channels simultaneously.
  • Creativity and Content Creation:

    • Strong writing skills to create compelling, on-brand content for blogs, social media, emails, and other digital platforms.
    • Ability to come up with creative ideas for campaigns that resonate with the target audience and align with business objectives.
    • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator can be a plus for creating visually appealing content.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to assess the success of digital marketing efforts.
    • Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Strong attention to detail in analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions.
  • SEO and SEM Knowledge:

    • Experience with both on-page (keyword optimization, meta descriptions, title tags) and off-page (backlinks, social media signals) SEO strategies.
    • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other SEM platforms to create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns.
    • Knowledge of keyword research, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Project Management:

    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content and working with team members or clients.
    • Ability to communicate complex digital marketing strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Social Media Savvy:

    • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engaging with audiences on channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
    • Ability to create and schedule posts, manage campaigns, and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Adaptability and Agility:

    • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape, including new technologies, trends, and platforms.
    • Comfort with learning new tools and technologies as digital marketing evolves.
