Roles and responsibilities
- The CRM Technical Developer is responsible for the Analysis, design, build and testing of the CRM system. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, configuring the CRM system, data migration, and setting up security and access controls.
- They work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts and product owners to understand the business processes and tailor the CRM system to meet specific requirements.
- Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing and release process.
- CRM systems often need to be integrated with other software applications such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, or e-commerce platforms. The CRM Technical Developer is responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions, ensuring seamless flow of data between different systems.
- They provide technical support to clients during and after the CRM implementation. They troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose and implement solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system.
- Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost-effective, efficient, and timely manner.
- They prepare technical documentation on work items which consists of technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5-8 years of Experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of Experience in the implementation of a corporate CRM system in Dynamics 365
- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation experience
- The candidate should have a deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience in implementing online (cloud)CRM solutions. A minimum of one end-to-end implementation is a must.
- Proven experience in implementing MSD CRM Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Services, Omni channel, etc. modules.
- Deep understanding of best practices.
Desired candidate profile
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have hands-on experience in power automate flow, Azure functions, web apps, and Azure service bus.
- Experience in the public sector is desirable.
- Proficient in related technologies such as Microsoft Flow, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure and Power BI, Microsoft Azure (LogicApps, Azure Functions, Data Factory), Groups or Teams, Omni Channel, PowerApps and Common Data Services.
- Adhere to the software development standards.
