UIUX Designer

Roles and responsibilities

Collaborate with the developers to make sure they are coding what has been designed and agreed with the squad. Run UI audits of their work as needed. Champion usability and user-centeredness across the Wholesale Design Studio by leading by example. Prepare presentations and videos of the squad’s delivered work and future roadmap for executive management on a regular basis. Balance this presentation workload with BAU work throughout all delivery periods. Take the lead in planning and estimating the design work for future sprints. Effectively track all assigned design work to allow for velocity reporting and resource planning going forward.
