Our client a prestigious organization in the arts and culture sector is seeking a Business Development & Sponsorship Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies that drive revenue growth through partnerships sponsorships and donor engagement. This role requires a dynamic and resultsdriven professional who is passionate about fostering relationships with corporate and individual stakeholders to support the organization s vision and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify develop and secure new sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with the organization s goals.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with corporate sponsors government entities and highnetworth individuals.
Develop customized sponsorship packages to meet the needs of prospective partners and align with the organizations programs and events.
Drive revenue generation through sponsorships donations and partnerships.
Develop and manage annual sponsorship and fundraising targets ensuring sustainable growth.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for financial growth and partnership expansion.
Prepare compelling sponsorship proposals presentations and marketing materials tailored to diverse stakeholders.
Lead negotiations to secure optimal sponsorship agreements and ensure mutual benefits.
Work closely with internal teams to align sponsorships with the organization s events exhibitions and programs.
Ensure sponsors are effectively integrated into campaigns and events to maximize their visibility and ROI.
Maintain effective communication with sponsors and partners to strengthen relationships and ensure ongoing support.
Organize networking events donor appreciation programs and sponsor recognition initiatives.
Track and analyse the performance of sponsorship campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders showcasing the impact of sponsorship contributions.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in business development sponsorship management or fundraising preferably in the arts culture or nonprofit sectors.
Proven track record of securing highvalue sponsorships and managing partnerships.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Resultsoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
