You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking to hire an Operations Support Executive, to support the sales team in achieving their goals effectively and efficiently. You will play a vital role in simplifying the sales processes, handling inquiries, and providing important administrative support. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to creating classified car packages, generating payment links, and facilitating communication between internal teams.
In this role you will:
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing inquiries, responding to customer requests, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in setting up packages, payment plans, maintaining client database in the systems, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and coordination to expedite sales processes and resolve issues effectively.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales support processes and procedures, implementing enhancements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions, reflecting positively on the company's brand and reputation.
• Schedule and manage the photography requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
Requirements
• Proficiency in written and verbal English and Arabic
• A minimum of secondary education
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales support and customer support role
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in sales operations, including knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
