1 Translate the Board needs to a strategy and implementation road map for commercializing the new development.
2 Understand development costs and expected returns in setting rental charges.
3 Set support packages required to attract local and international providers.
4 Develop profile for new commercial area and related vision and potential commercial returns to market the new commercial area.
5 Identify list of providers that meet the level of offering that the new commercial area wants to achieve and engage with the approved list of providers.
6 Address any issues facing new tenants in setting up in the new commercial area.
7 Ensure that tenant concerns are addressed and managed.
8 Report on progress to the board and support in decision options to address issues as they arise.
Competencies:
Advanced on presentation skills.
Advanced commercial knowledge in F&B providers and real estate.
Advanced communication skills (English and Arabic).
Expert in negotiations .
Advanced financial skills.
Advanced Commercial strategizing skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree is a must
MBA is preferred
Preferred experience:
Should have at least 5 years commercial experience in the UAE (Example the Walk Dubai
Has commercial experience in Abu Dhabi
Has knowledge in the F&B and Retail sector
