Job Description
As a People Culture Intern at Delano Dubai you will gain handson experience in the People and Culture department assisting with daytoday HR operations employee engagement initiatives and learning about HR best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to develop skills in human resources within the hospitality industry.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing events recognition programs and teambuilding activities; gather employee feedback to improve engagement.
- HR Administration: Support recruitment tasks maintain employee records and process leave and benefits updates.
- Training & Development: Help organize training sessions track participation and manage schedules.
- HR Documentation & Compliance: Assist in updating handbooks and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Wellbeing Programs: Support wellness initiatives and track their success.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to adhoc HR projects like diversity sustainability and employee surveys.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
