- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing events recognition programs and teambuilding activities; gather employee feedback to improve engagement.
- HR Administration: Support recruitment tasks maintain employee records and process leave and benefits updates.
- Training & Development: Help organize training sessions track participation and manage schedules.
- HR Documentation & Compliance: Assist in updating handbooks and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
