Job Scope:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead engineering design teams and collaborate effectively with architectural and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver highquality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze design and review structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop efficient structural solutions.
Manage and oversee structural engineering design for multiple projects simultaneously.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications safety standards and building codes.
Prepare structural calculations specifications and detailed design drawings.
Provide technical expertise to resolve complex design and construction challenges.
Coordinate with consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of structural works.
Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
Stay updated with advancements in structural design tools materials and techniques.
Mentor and train junior structural engineers fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Licensed Structural Engineer or equivalent professional certification.
Experience:
1015 years of project experience in structural engineering design and consultancy.
Other Requirements:
Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS STAAD Pro and AutoCAD/Revit.
Advanced knowledge of structural design standards building codes and construction practices.
Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
