Senior Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Preferably the candidate will have a background in cryptocurrency to further enhance our operations in this rapidly evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Sales Pipeline Management:
• Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals ensuring high conversion rates.
• Analyze and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure pipeline targets are met.
• CRM Expertise: Utilize and manage CRM software such as HubSpot Salesforce Airtable Zoho CRM and Pipedrive to enhance operational capabilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to support business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the operations team to foster a highperformance culture.
• Project Management: Manage crossfunctional projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to drive strategic decisions.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Operations Specialist or in a similar role.
• Extensive experience in managing sales pipelines and CRM software like HubSpot Salesforce Airtable Zoho CRM and Pipedrive.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello Jira Microsoft Project Monday.com).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel Google Analytics Tableau Power BI SQL).
• Experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the crypto space.
