Roles and responsibilities
- Administer and support the Integrated Project Management System (IPMS), KBR’s in-house supply chain application, ensuring it effectively meets operational needs.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored IT solutions.
- Manage system configurations, system testing, and ensure adherence to IT change management processes.
- Monitor and manage API integrations with internal and external applications for seamless functionality.
- Create and review SQL queries for data extraction and develop detailed reports for internal and external customers.
- Coordinate the documentation and implementation of IT processes to ensure smooth system operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope work, and act as a liaison between users and technical teams.
- Stay informed on advancements in IT systems and recommend modernization strategies for existing processes.
- Lead project reviews and develop strategies for optimization and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT systems administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proficiency in SQL query creation and review, with a strong understanding of database relationships.
- Experience in supply chain management systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or comparable reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Advanced technical skills with hands-on experience in API integration and data system optimization.
