Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


You will be assisting the Marketing Manager in all marketing matters, develop marketing plans and strategies and maintain relationships with media bodies, society, opinion leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure that the brand is moving to the desired directions. The overall objective is to position the hotel properly in order to achieve the marketing objectives, to match the business strategy and to represent our hotel and brand to guests from all over the world. We treat our guests and our team members with respect and work hard to deliver the highest quality of service to all.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing
  • Some experience in marketing fields
  • Connection with media, marketing agencies and/or event organizers would be beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Computer acquirements in MS Office
  • 1. Marketing Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, consumer behavior, and marketing research.
  • Knowledge of various marketing channels such as digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), print advertising, and events.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms used for marketing campaigns, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • 2. Digital Marketing Skills

  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to create and manage engaging content, paid advertising campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies, including blog writing, video production, and visual content creation.
  • Expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to increase online visibility and drive website traffic.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and automation platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • 3. Analytical and Reporting Skills

  • Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and other analytics software to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Ability to create detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
  • 4. Communication and Presentation Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating marketing materials, presentations, press releases, and engaging content.
  • Ability to clearly convey marketing strategies and campaign results to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong presentation skills for pitching marketing ideas, campaigns, and performance reports to senior management or clients.
  • 5. Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving

  • Ability to think creatively to develop innovative marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Capacity to solve challenges creatively, adapting strategies to meet business needs, market trends, or audience feedback.
  • 6. Project Management and Organizational Skills

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to ensure that campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Experience in managing budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • 7. Market Research and Consumer Insight

  • Experience conducting market research, including surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis, to understand consumer preferences, behaviors, and trends.
  • Ability to segment target audiences and create personalized marketing strategies to cater to different demographics or customer groups.
  • 8. Team Collaboration

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Collaborating with graphic designers, content creators, and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Analyzing website traffic and user behavior to make data-driven decisions that improve website conversion rates and audience engagement.

3. Content Creation and Management

  • Writing, editing, and overseeing the production of content for various marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, blog posts, social media, and newsletters.
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all content platforms, including website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Managing the editorial calendar, coordinating with content creators, and ensuring that content is published on time.

4. Market Research and Consumer Analysis

  • Conducting regular market research to gather insights into consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for product or service improvements.
  • Segmenting customer data and using insights to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with specific audiences.

5. Budgeting and Financial Management

  • Assisting in setting and managing marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Tracking marketing expenditures, ensuring that campaigns remain within budget while achieving the desired outcomes.
  • Reporting on the financial performance of marketing activities and recommending adjustments to improve efficiency.
