Job Description
Department: Mechanical PreContracting
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimation Engineer with 810 years of UAE experience in estimation and quantity takeoff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction infrastructure landscape and commercial buildings and be proficient in CCS Candy Software.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimation: Perform detailed estimation and quantity takeoff for building construction infrastructure landscape and commercial building projects.
Tender Analysis: Analyse tender documents and prepare comprehensive proposals.
Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers leveraging extensive knowledge of the UAE market.
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate estimation documentation and records.
Software Proficiency: Utilize CCS Candy Software for estimation tasks.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering (BE/BTech/BSc).
810 years of UAE experience in estimation and quantity takeoff.
Proficiency in CCS Candy Software.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Indepth knowledge of the UAE market and industry standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
