- Balancing production volume and workforce allocation to avoid under or over-utilization.

Capacity Planning
- Forecasting the required capacity for each production run, ensuring that machinery and labor can meet the production demands.
- Adjusting production plans based on capacity constraints or resource shortages.

Inventory Control
- Managing the flow of materials, components, and finished goods to ensure that production is not interrupted.
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement teams to maintain necessary inventory levels.
Quality Control and Assurance

Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Implementing and adhering to quality control standards and procedures to ensure products meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting regular quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product consistency.

Root Cause Analysis
- Identifying the causes of defects or production issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Working with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring quality problems and prevent future occurrences.

Compliance with Regulations
- Ensuring production processes comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant certifications and ensuring the production floor meets legal and regulatory requirements.
Process Optimization and Efficiency

- Implementing lean manufacturing practices to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency.
- Analyzing workflows and identifying areas for improvement to streamline processes and increase productivity.

Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to suggest enhancements for production processes.
- Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and optimize production systems.

Workflow Optimization
- Designing and optimizing production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Implementing automation or technological solutions to improve productivity and reduce human error.

Desired candidate profile
Qualifications and Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in event planning and management.
- Master of multi-tasking, prioritization, and timelines and has a proven track record of complex event programs with varied stakeholders and representing various teams within the organization
- Proven ability lead projects across the execution of websites pages, applications, integrated campaigns, photo shoots and/or other digital marketing assets
- Experience of assisting on projects with web and mobile development technologies
- Creativity with the ability to define an engaging user experience
- Thrives in rapid growth, fast paced environment and adapts well to change
- Resourceful, anticipates needs and has ability to troubleshoot
