Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Purchase Manager for our one of the reputed client with a background in retail hypermarket and a deep understanding of procurement processes within the UAE. The Purchase Manager will play a crucial role in managing supplier relationships optimizing costs and ensuring efficient stock replenishment. Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely availability of products while optimizing costs.
Vendor Management: Identify and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and negotiate pricing to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
Inventory Control: Collaborate with the inventory and sales teams to ensure that stock levels are wellmaintained and aligned with sales targets.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and that suppliers adhere to agreedupon quality parameters.
Team Management: Lead mentor and motivate the procurement team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Compliance: Ensure procurement processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards and

Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
8 years of experience in procurement and purchasing with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Thorough knowledge of procurement processes in the UAE retail market.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Knowledge of local and international suppliers and products.
