Roles and responsibilities
As a key contributor to our team, this role focuses on managing and implementing tags for marketing and analytics across Property Finder Group’s websites and apps. By leveraging expertise in ad tracking and web analytics, you will design and implement robust data tagging strategies to support product analytics and experimentation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure consistent tagging methods across digital platforms, enabling comprehensive channel analytics for web and mobile applications. Additionally, you’ll drive the development of implementation guides, standards and best practices, documenting and sharing insights to optimise analytics processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the appropriate placement and maintenance of all analytics and marketing or vendor tags
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of changes made to any and all tags; approve all tags and monitor performance
- Ensure that all tagging specs/code are properly implemented and any new technologies being deployed are understood to ensure the integrity of the tag data being collected
- Support the internal teams with additional data collection needs
- Coordinate with developers to expose necessary data elements
- Serve as subject matter expert and technical advisor to team members across the organisation as it relates to Tag Management (Product Managers, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Administer and maintain Tag Management Systems and Server side tagging
The Person
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing technology Stack
- Experience with Tag Management Systems, such as Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) Google Tag Manager (GTM), or Tealium
- Experience in JavaScript and front-end/back-end development skills to manage javascript tags, custom tag templating, data layer enrichment and standardization
- Experience in Web and App Data layer design
- Experience in BigData analysis & data driven troubleshooting
- SQL and NoSQL experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance (e.g., PII, PHI, GDPR, CCPA).

- Effective skill to independently devise creative solutions to critical problems using often limited and imperfect data
