We are looking for an ambitious and driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding B2B team at Property Finder. In this position, you will primarily focus on product marketing, overseeing branding and go-to-market activities while contributing to our global expansion strategy. A critical aspect of this role will involve collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead go-to-market strategies for multiple product launches, ensuring alignment across Sales, CX, and Product teams.
- Manage end-to-end client communication requests from cross-functional teams.
- Develop presentation materials that effectively communicate product benefits and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create, and review content required to ensure clients stay updated via a unified B2B narrative that aligns with our product value propositions.
- Manage expectations with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the wider B2B marketing team to define GTM objectives, segment driven messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Assist with managing the B2B comms calendar, ensuring purposeful and meaningful communication across internal and external touchpoints.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the effectiveness of our channels and go-to-market strategies.
Desired candidate profile
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in B2B Marketing (tech, product, SaaS, etc.)
- Proven experience developing and executing successful Go-To-Market strategies for B2B driven product initiatives.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. (Arabic is a huge plus!)
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling messaging and creatives.
- Familiarity with digital tools, such as Google WorkSpace, Slido, Jira, Confluence, MailChimp, Zoom etc.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
