Roles and responsibilities
In this role; you will be responsible for creating and executing a strong engagement calendar for B2B audiences with a particular focus on events, webinars, and digital content. You will partner with product and commercial teams to ensure we have an ongoing engagement with our clients that will help us to deliver consistent and best-in-class relationships, increase (perceived) ROI of our products and services, and achieve successful GTMs with a positive impact to bottom line revenue and B2B brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strong engagement calendar from concept to completion for B2B audiences (decisions makers, admins, and agents) covering all touch points, events, webinars, digital communities, social media and more.
- Act as the sole owner of engagement calendar; by working closely with Product, CX and Commercial teams, develops and implements engagement tactics in line with customer journey; to maximize ROI for our products and services.
- Understand and apply internal processes and manage engagement projects end to end.
- Aggressively manage a budget and stay within strict parameters, negotiating costs with suppliers
- Manage and instruct internal and external vendors and suppliers and functions ensuring quality and value standards are maintained
- Ability to think strategically, execute quality output under tight deadlines
- Understand the lead attribution metrics model
- Understand Account-Based Marketing and how it helps bring revenue
- Act as an orchestrator to develop customer-centric GTM: blog content, SEO tools, newsletters, marketing collateral, media releases and advisories, exhibitions, trade show materials and promotional campaigns in line with engagement calendar and supported by COEs.

Job specifications
- 10+ years relevant work in-house experience
- Experience in tech is a must
- Relevant experience in B2B
- Strong analysis and project management skills
- Superior oral and written communications and analytical skills
- Excellent command of written and oral English, Arabic preferred, understanding of the UAE markets a must
- Able to deliver messages clearly and succinctly; help to respond to senior management
- Demonstrate solid leadership skills and attributes, has a high level of energy and integrity, demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and is not afraid of accountability and responsibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities
- Attention to details and excellence in planning, execution and customer-centricity
- Ability to travel 20-30% of the time within region
