We are a small agile team seeking a driven Global Crypto Sales Manager to lead sales efforts independently delivering measurable results in a fastevolving industry. If you have deep crypto expertise an extensive network and a passion for closing big deals wed love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
Drive the promotion and sales of companys infrastructure services including staking restaking and node hosting to institutional clients such as crypto funds exchanges and enterprises.
Develop and execute sales strategies to close largescale deals ($520M).
Leverage an existing network of crypto professionals to identify and pursue leads.
Cultivate longterm relationships with highvalue clients taking them through multimonth sales cycles.
Attend global conferences and events to build the brand and expand your network.
Operate autonomously identifying opportunities creating strategies and delivering results without direct supervision.
Use tools of your choice to manage leads track progress and report outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales within the cryptocurrency or blockchain space with experience closing highticket deals.
An established network in the crypto ecosystem is essential.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must be able to travel on short notice without visa delays.
Willingness to travel globally for conferences client meetings and events.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance; were not here to teach youre here to deliver.

Performancebased compensation: salary commission. Payments are preferred in cryptocurrency but can be made in USD if needed.
