Job Description
Overview:
Role : BA AI Initiatives
Business / Technical Analyst who have very good exposure to Postilion
Responsibilities: Role : BA AI Initiatives
Location : Dubai
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements for AI initiatives.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to understand user needs for customerfacing mobile app features and internal tools.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with the AI development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring timely delivery of features.
- User Story Development:
- Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria for both workstreams.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure usercentric design principles are applied.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the liaison between business units technology teams and support teams.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress risks and issues.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze data trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for AI enhancements.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
- Tools : Power BI/Tableau Python/Pandas R Programing
- Quality Assurance:
- Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Assist in the development of test plans and test cases.

Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Over all 8 Years as BA and Minimum of 4 years of experience preferably in banking or financial services.
- Experience with AI technologies and projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
