Job Description

  • Responsible to carry out repair and maintenance work of all types of field instruments such as temperature pressure, Level, Flow, vibration, Speed, Flame detectors, Transmitters switches, Gauges, Recorders and Analyzers.
  • Calibration and maintenance of various types of Control Actuators e.g. Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Motorized Control valves.
  • Work experience on various types of workshop test equipment.
  • Capable to work independently, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
  • Should have awareness of Environment protection, safety and Quality system & Knowledge on Control System / Equipment is preferable.
  • 1. Technical Expertise

  • Advanced Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Expertise in specific areas such as electronics, mechanics, software, or industrial systems.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Proficiency in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment, systems, or machinery.
  • Installation and Upgrades: Skill in installing new systems and performing upgrades or replacements for outdated equipment.
  • 2. Leadership and Mentoring

  • Team Leadership: Leading and guiding junior technicians and staff, providing support and oversight on projects.
  • Training: Teaching new team members or clients about system operations, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Delegation: Effectively managing team tasks and delegating responsibilities based on expertise and workload.

  • Clear Reporting: Writing detailed reports on issues, solutions, and maintenance logs.
