- Oversee the store layout and product placement to ensure optimal flow and product visibility.

- Ensure the store's design is visually appealing while maintaining functionality and adhering to brand standards.

Product Display and Styling
- Create eye-catching product displays that highlight the brand’s seasonal collections, key items, or new arrivals.
- Use principles of color, lighting, and product placement to maximize impact and customer engagement.
- Work with stylists and other team members to ensure products are presented in an appealing and coherent way.

Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and train junior visual merchandisers or store staff on merchandising best practices, display setups, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with store managers, designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive in-store presentations.
- Provide direction and feedback on visual displays and merchandising practices across the retail locations or departments.

- Ensure all visual displays align with the company’s brand guidelines, values, and identity.
- Regularly evaluate displays to ensure they maintain consistency in design and messaging across all locations.
- Adjust displays as needed to reflect brand updates, seasonal changes, or customer preferences.

- Monitor the impact of visual merchandising on sales and customer behavior.
- Adjust visual strategies based on performance data, customer feedback, or sales trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align merchandising efforts with sales goals and drive product promotions.

- Manage budgets for display materials, props, and store layouts.
- Source and select materials that meet both creative vision and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure displays are created within budget constraints and are updated as needed without incurring excessive costs.

The Visual Merchandiser Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer into and through the entire store, providing an excellent in-store experience. The role contributes to the sales objectives by using effective product placement and visual display to convert window shoppers into prospects, creating an ambiance for ongoing return customers.
ROLE PROFILE
- Responsible For Translating the Visual Merchandising Plan Through Execution of Creative Windows, Product Placements, Props and Floor Designs to Attracts and Engage Customers.
- Execute Seasonal Floor Plans, Launches and Floor Changes.
- Liaise With Contractors and Suppliers to Coordinate the Production and Installation Timeline.
- While Enhancing Brand Presence Through Creative Ideas, Be Cost Sensitive and Contribute to Cost Saving Initiatives When Possible.
- Ensure Brand Standards Are Maintained at All Time While Upholding the Marketing & Communications Principles of MAF Fashion.
- Be Sensitive to New Trends in Visual Merchandising and Aware of Customer Preferences and Responses, Elevating Customers’ In-Store Experience.
- Maintain Good Rapport with The Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Store Teams to Ensure Collaborative Efforts Towards Effective Visual Merchandising Leading to Sales Benefit.
- Implement Store Signage Programs According to Commercial Guideline
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Certificate.
- Fluent In English.
- 1-3 Years’ Experience Within the VM or Fine Arts Field.
